This is a voice response transfer device compatible with NTT Hikari Denwa. The IVR-24VoIPIII can accommodate up to 24 channels, while the IVR-100VoIPIII can accommodate up to 100 channels. 【Response and Transfer Function】 Automatically responds with voice and transfers to the desired department based on the customer's selection number. This can streamline telephone handling operations. 【Waiting Function】 Effectively handles phone reception when immediate response is not possible. It can also support announcements such as "This call will be recorded..." 【Response-Only Function】 Automatically responds with a dedicated guidance message for incoming calls after business hours or on holidays. 【Call Recording】 Can record up to approximately 1,200 hours on the main unit. Recording settings can be configured for each phone number. *A channel license for call recording is required. 【Incoming/Outgoing Call Restrictions】 Can automatically restrict incoming and outgoing calls for registered phone numbers. *Incoming restrictions require the caller's number to be displayed. *Outgoing restrictions require an outgoing restriction license (sold separately).
